The school is delighted to report the strongest ever exam results in 2017.
Academically, the school’s broad and balanced curriculum offer has resulted in stunning GCSE results in 2017, the strongest in its history.
- 83% of pupils achieved at least a new grade 4 in English.
- 80% achieved at least a new grade 4 in Maths.
- 76% of students in Science achieved at least 2 ‘C’ grades.
- In all subjects, performance was significantly above the 2017 national average and demonstrates once again that students at the school make excellent progress in line with the top 10% of schools nationally.
These results once again represent the significant achievement by students at the school. They are testament to the hard work and dedication of our students and staff coupled with the significant support from parents and governors.
