Today, Miss McGrane and Miss Wilding took 10 students to Stifford Clays Primary School.
Whilst there, they went into Reception and shared the KS1 reading books which they had been making the previous half term. The work they had produced was outstanding and the behaviour they demonstrated whilst on the trip was phenomenal.
All of our students showed great maturity and leadership skills and we were both extremely proud of what we saw.
Well done year 8!
Earlier this year, the year 11 GCSE Drama pupils watched a performance of ‘The Woman in Black’ stage production at the Fortune Theatre in London. They also participated in a workshop focusing on creating suspense and tension, which is what the actors have to do in the play. The workshop was great and the performance is scary!

Well done to all the Silver DofE participants this past weekend, who did exceptionally well on their practice in Ashdown Forest, even considering the very warm weather! Your assessment expedition is 13-15th July, in the South Downs. Please read previous expedition letter for specific details and use the Twitter page over the next few weeks for updates.
Well done again, now time to get ready for your assessment!
Dear Year 11 Leaver,
Examination Results
I am pleased to inform you that the Examination Results from your summer examinations will be ready for collection on Thursday 23rd August, between 10:00am and 12:00pm.
Upon arrival at the school please go directly to the Main Visitors’ Reception to sign in and then to the Performing Arts Centre to sign for and collect your results.
Please note that all other parts of the school will be out of bounds in accordance with the school’s health and safety policy.
If you are unable to collect your results in person an adult representative may do so on your behalf. To do this they should bring a signed letter from you giving them authorisation; they will also need to bring proof of ID.
